Initially, I was a bit nervous about having Moh’s Surgery on my ear. Dr Fakhouri’s staff put me at ease and I really like his ‘chairside manner’. He was very reassuring, compassionate, and took time to explain everything that he & his staff were going to do throughout the procedure. I was fortunate he was able to remove remaining cancer cells the first attempt. He said he would follow-up with me later in the day, which he did with a personal phone call @ 7:46 pm. I am really satisfied with this initial experience with Dr. Fakhouri & his staff. I would not hesitate to return and use his service again, should circumstances require.
